Go to the Clark County Marriage License Bureau at 201 Clark Avenue, Las Vegas. Open 8am to midnight, 365 days a year — including Christmas Day and Super Bowl Sunday. No appointment needed. Both partners attend together with valid photo ID. A passport works perfectly for international visitors. Cost is $102 payable by cash or card. You can also apply online in advance at clarkcountynv.gov to save time at the bureau.
Nevada has no waiting period at all. You can walk out of the marriage licence bureau and get married within the hour if your officiant is already booked and ready.
